cannot get my avitor to work.
does it have to be a certain kb?
cut down to a certain length/width?

my avitar is a motion one. does it have to be a still?

I tried up loading it from this computer but cannot see it.

At the moment, "The maximum dimensions for avatars are: 110x110 pixels. The maximum file size for avatars is 10 KB." Doesn't have to be a still though - hope that helps
